SPEKTR Vol.9 : Music Workshop

We planned and conducted a workshop to produce music and video.

音楽と映像を制作するワークショップを企画・実施しました。

Concept

Hearing a sound and imagining the action or space in which it sounds. Environmental sounds associated with a specific place and time. What kind of music would be created if we made music with those sounds? We will hold a workshop where you can learn everything from music composition to how to generate ideas.

音を聞いてそれが鳴る行為や空間を想像する。特定の場所や時間に結びついた環境音。そういった音を使って音楽を作ったらどのような曲が生まれるのだろう。楽曲制作からアイデアの生み出し方までを学べるワークショップを開催します。

Event Summary

Ableton Live will be used as a DTM workshop for beginners to teach them the basics of music production and the joys of music production. Guest lecturers will include Mr. Ando, representative of the sponsoring company SOUNDS GOOD, and “INTER+” artist Sawa Angstrom.

Ableton Liveを使った初級者向け音楽制作(DTM)ワークショップとして参加者に楽曲制作の基礎を教えながら、その楽しさを伝える。協賛企業SOUNDS GOOD代表安藤さん、および”INTER+”出演アーティストSawa Angstromをゲスト講師として招待。

The ASMR sound sources used in this music production workshop will be explained, including the environment in which they were created and the work that went into them, as well as the inspiration artists feel from the sounds and how they can incorporate their thoughts and feelings into their music.
Ken’ichi Itoi (Shrine.jp) will join as a guest DJ, performing in a hybrid style using a combination of Ableton Live and AKAI Force.

今回の楽曲制作ワークショップで用いるASMR音源がどのような環境で鳴ったどのような作業の音なのかなどの説明、およびアーティストがその音から感じるインスピレーションやその思いを楽曲にどのように落とし込むことができるかなどのトークを行う。
さらにゲストDJとして 糸魚 健一 (Ken’ichi Itoi) (Shrine.jp) が参加。Ableton LiveとAKAI Forceを組み合わせたハイブリッドスタイルでのDJを予定。
